What the Family Plan includes
School of record
Private-school affidavit coverage, your enrollment verification letter within two business days, and withdrawal/transfer handling with your prior school.
Records engine
Attendance register (Education Code § 48222) via one-tap weekly confirm, cumulative file, semester transcript entries, and records release when you leave. Signed completion credentials for every module and course, publicly verifiable by opaque public ID (never your student's email).
Annual assessment
A nationally normed growth test each spring, online-proctored for Online families. San Diego families may opt into the on-campus session instead.

Parent-faculty orientation, monthly teaching-parent webinars, the AI + Curriculum Library, and registrar support by email and chat with a one-business-day response time.
AI copilot for the parent-teacher (agentic)
Chat with an assistant that creates courses, drafts modules (instructions + rubric + starter files), reads student submissions, and pre-fills grades, all via tool calls that run under your session, with a per-turn action log. It cannot exceed your permissions and cannot publish anything to the record without your approval.
AI drafts your curriculum, you approve it
The platform drafts a family-facing syllabus from your Course of Study, and drafts new modules from a topic you provide. Every draft is teacher-approved before it lands in your student's plan. Our registrar reviews and countersigns the Course of Study every fall.
Two-lane feedback on every submission
The moment your student submits, the platform returns instant, formative AI feedback that is ungraded by design. A second AI pass drafts a rubric-aligned score + comments to your teacher-only queue; you review, edit, and approve. Every grade your student sees is a grade you signed.
Student AI tutor with locked guardrails
In-module tutor scoped to that module's content. Cannot grade, cannot see other students, cannot recommend outside content, and won't answer 'just give me the answer.' A tutor, not a cheat sheet.

Basecamp Online is the same Umbrella tier offered at our San Diego campus, so a local family can move up to Hybrid or Full-Time without ever changing schools, records, or transcripts.
Campus days run on the Expedition Model: before students climb a single subject, the 4-Week Onboarding Program teaches them how to run their own expedition. That means how to plan, struggle productively, and ask for exactly the help they need. Guides work beside students, not in front of them, and Public Exhibitions put finished work in front of a real audience.

Umbrella (Family Plan) already includes sibling pricing built in: $50/mo per additional student, up to 5 in one household. Campus tiers are academic-year commitments with a two-month deposit and are first-come, first-served after a family tour. Umbrella is annual with 30-day notice.

Operators run their own learning group of up to 30 students under their own name and their own tuition; their families enrol on the Family Plan and pay us directly. Launch Package $2,950 one-time, Operator Plan $195/month, optional curriculum and STEM lab kits.
